Website and Quotation Terms
Last updated: September 5, 2026
These website terms do not replace a signed quotation, purchase agreement or project-specific terms.
Website use
This is an informational business-to-business website. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or submit false, unlawful or infringing content through the Request a Quote form or any other channel.
Entity roles
CS is the specialist website route for custom magnet inquiries. Shenzhen Changsheng Sign Co., Ltd. is the manufacturing entity and factory contact. CHANGSHENG HARDWARE SIGNS MING-EDITION (HK) LIMITED handles international contracting, invoicing and payment. These roles are distinct, and no ownership relationship between the entities is inferred from these terms.
The relevant contracting party for a transaction is named in the written commercial documents for that transaction. No bank or payment-routing details are published on this website.
Quotes and orders
Website content and the submission of a Request a Quote are not an offer, an order acceptance or a guarantee. Minimum order quantity, price, tooling, lead time, capacity, sample and proof route, tolerances, inspection, packaging, shipping, taxes, duties, Incoterm, payment and compliance are project-specific and effective only when set out in writing and accepted by the relevant parties.
No fixed quote validity period, such as a 30-day term, is set by these website terms.
Artwork, rights and approvals
You must have the authority to submit any artwork, marks or designs you provide. The web form does not upload files; confidential or sensitive files require an agreed secure transfer route.
Approved proofs, samples and specifications, and any later change approvals, control the project as defined in the commercial documents for that project.
Product and market responsibilities
Intended use, audience, target market, and any required warnings, testing or documentation must be identified for a given project. Responsibility allocation follows applicable law and the written agreement for that project.
These terms do not provide any universal safety or compliance guarantee.
Confidentiality
Submitting information through the website or by email alone does not create a non-disclosure or confidentiality guarantee. Obtain written confidentiality terms before making any sensitive disclosure.
Accuracy and availability
Reasonable effort is made to keep website content accurate, but content may change and does not replace written project confirmation. No promise is made of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
CS site content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party artwork and marks remain with their owners. No transfer of your rights is inferred from these terms.
Liability and mandatory rights
These terms do not set liability caps, exclusions or remedies. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Project-specific allocation of liability belongs in the written contract for that project.
Governing terms and contact
These terms do not state a governing jurisdiction for website use. Governing law and dispute resolution terms, if any, are set out in the applicable written contract.
